What format are the photos in?
All stockphotoventures.com photos are in JPG format.

Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.

Can I submit photos to sell?
Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by stockphotoventures.com. In the future we may consider this.

Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we cannot offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the stockphotoventures.com photos that I download?
Yes. While stockphotoventures.com offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format. Terms of this agreement are between stockphotoventures.com and the purchaser and may not be sublicensed or reassigned.

Are subscriptions available for stockphotoventures.com?
Subscriptions are not offered at this time.

You mention "archival" inks, papers and mats. What do you mean by "archival"?
Certain manufacturers are now offering inks, papers and mats that are especially made to last as much as 100 years or more. Archival Inks are fully pigmented inks which have an extremely high degree of UV resistance and high water resistance. Archival paper is acid-free (neutral pH) and lignin-free paper that holds color particularly well.

Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.

If I run into any problems, what do I do?
On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your request may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you are not able to access stockphotoventures.com photos using your details, send a support request.
